Lion Studios, a mobile games publisher headquartered in San Francisco and part of Tripledot Studios (one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies), is seeking a Studio Manager for the Turkey market.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and onboarding gaming studios with diverse game portfolios, with a focus on the Turkish gaming market. You will cultivate strong relationships with promising games and studios, and lead the full lifecycle of game development from ideation through launch. Your responsibilities include conducting competitive analysis of the mobile gaming landscape to inform product roadmaps, aligning product development with Lion Studios' strategic positioning, and collaborating cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and marketers as an end-to-end product owner.
Lion Studios has a track record of driving 90% of its games to the Top 10 in the App Store and Google Play, and has helped launch 16 games to #1 on the US App Store's Top Free chart since its 2018 founding. Tripledot Studios operates 12 studios globally with 2,500+ employees and reaches over 25 million daily active users across its portfolio.

**Requirements:**
- 3+ years of experience in product/project management, business development, or related role within mobile gaming (studio management experience is a plus)
- Proven experience in ideation and development of new mobile games or apps from concept through production
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent organizational and analytical abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Track record of driving successful planning, development, and launches of mobile games
- Strong understanding of latest trends in mobile gaming
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage on both technical and non-technical subjects
- Ability to clearly communicate insights to technical and non-technical audiences
- Previous startup experience
