Zenoti is a cloud-based SaaS platform serving the beauty and wellness industry, powering over 30,000 salons, spas, medspas, and fitness studios across 50+ countries. The company has achieved unicorn status ($1B+ valuation) and recently raised $80M from TPG.
In this customer-facing role, you will drive the successful implementation and adoption of Zenoti solutions for enterprise customers. Your responsibilities include:
• Work directly with customers to understand their requirements and help them adopt Zenoti to streamline operations and increase revenue
• Lead product demos, walkthroughs, and solution reviews
• Design and execute proof-of-concepts and pilots for high-priority and large customers
• Configure Zenoti to meet specific customer business scenarios
• Identify implementation risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Address customer issues promptly to ensure satisfaction
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and follow organizational processes
• Monitor adherence to SLAs and key performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal teams to align customer needs with product capabilities
• Stay current with product features, business flows, sales processes, and market dynamics
This role requires deep subject matter expertise in the product, strong technical understanding of integration points, and ability to navigate enterprise scenarios. You will need to align working hours with customer timezones (night shift availability required) and be open to travel to customer locations as needed.
**Requirements:**
- 6–9 years of experience in implementation and support of enterprise software products
- Open to night shift work
- Strong software exposure and ability to master product functionality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in requirements and solution documentation
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong presentation, demo, and training delivery skills
- Logical, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
- Willingness to travel on short notice
- Good to have: HTML and JavaScript knowledge; familiarity with MS Office, JIRA, Basecamp
- Good to have: experience in wellness/spa industry
- Eagerness to learn about revenue drivers in health and wellness
