Wag! Group Co. operates a mature two-sided marketplace for pet services, including the Wag! on-demand dog walking app (500,000+ Pet Caregivers nationwide), Petted (pet insurance comparison), Dog Food Advisor, WoofWoofTV, and maxbone (pet essentials platform).
You will own the Wag! Services web experience end-to-end, managing both the pet parent booking funnel and the caregiver onboarding funnel. This is a hands-on role working directly with engineering, design, and analytics teams.
Key responsibilities:
**Booking Funnel & Experimentation**
- Own the pet parent web booking funnel from landing through service completion for new and returning customers
- Run the web A/B testing program end-to-end, including sizing, instrumentation, and ship/revert decisions
- Identify and fix conversion leaks across landing pages, signup, and booking flows
**Growth Surfaces**
- Own SEO and marketing pages: structure, speed, internal linking, and click-through rate
- Partner with Marketing on new landing pages and acquisition surface improvements
**Caregiver Onboarding**
- Own the caregiver onboarding funnel from sign-up to approved application
- Balance development resources between supply-side and demand-side work
**Core Responsibilities**
- Maintain quarterly roadmap broken into weekly sprints
- Draft PRDs and tickets with requirements and acceptance criteria for engineering
- Leverage dashboards and reports for daily/weekly performance reporting
- Use AI tools to draft initial designs and prototypes before looping in designers
- Communicate performance metrics to leadership, including funnel conversion rates
This is a full-time, in-person role requiring 5 days per week in the downtown Miami office.
**Requirements**
- 3+ years of product management experience on a consumer web product
- Experience owning a web booking or conversion funnel
- Experience running A/B tests end-to-end (sizing, instrumentation, ship/revert decisions)
- Comfortable working with data, Excel, and basic BI tool proficiency
- Actively use AI and emerging tools to improve workflows and productivity
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Strong sense of ownership and eagerness to make impact across teams
- Ability to work in-person 5x per week in downtown Miami office
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Working proficiency in SQL
- Experience in a two-sided marketplace
- Experience with feature-flag or experimentation platforms (Split, LaunchDarkly, Optimizely)
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Mixpanel, or comparable analytics stack
- SEO and landing page experience on large content footprints
- Subscription or membership product experience
- Interest in consumer marketplaces, two-sided platforms, or pet/consumer wellness
