Tripledot Studios, one of the world's largest independent mobile games companies, is seeking a Director of Studio Management to lead the global studio management team at Lion Studios. You will oversee a team of 10 managers who partner with approximately 40 external studios worldwide, serving as the strategic bridge between studio managers, cross-functional leads, and finance and legal teams. Key responsibilities include: - Leading, recruiting, and scaling the studio management team, including organizational design and regional role calibration - Supporting business development efforts to sign premium studios and build strong developer relationships - Developing and implementing BD strategies at regional and global levels, tailored to each market while maintaining portfolio alignment - Overseeing the game pipeline from prototyping through soft launch, ensuring on-time delivery and removing blockers - Managing accountability for pipeline velocity and studio-signing targets - Creating, updating, and managing publishing contracts in collaboration with the legal team - Collaborating with Game Design, Data, Intelligence, Product, and Growth teams to optimize cross-functional workflows - Maintaining P&L understanding, including cost structure and attribution, working with the Finance team on accuracy and improvements - Regularly reviewing publishing processes, KPIs, benchmarks, and workflows to adapt to changing company priorities - Representing studio management to leadership, reporting on team performance and shaping publishing strategy at the executive level You will report to the Senior Director of Publishing and Business Development and work across multiple regions and time zones. Required Qualifications: - 7+ years in studio management, business development, or product/project management in mobile gaming, with 3+ years managing teams - Proven track record building and managing external studios or developer relationships, ideally signing and retaining premium partners - Hands-on experience with publishing contracts - Experience overseeing game pipelines from concept to launch across multiple titles - Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Comfort with P&L, KPIs, pipeline data, and associated tools - Experience managing across regions, markets, and time zones - Organized and analytical mindset suited to fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications: - Knowledge of current trends and metrics in mobile gaming - Experience collaborating with finance and legal teams in publishing - Familiarity with portfolio or game-level P&L and cost attribution - Startup or high-growth company experience
