Salary: USD 75,000 - 85,000 / annual

Blank Street is seeking a General Manager to launch and lead one of their first stores in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles. This is a hands-on operational leadership role where you'll build a high-performing team, set operational standards, and create an exceptional customer experience while embedding the Blank Street brand into the local community. Key Responsibilities: People Leadership: You'll create a motivating culture, train and mentor your team, manage scheduling and payroll compliance, recruit talent in collaboration with the People Team, oversee new hire training, address performance issues, and maintain strong team engagement scores. Product & Quality: Serve as a brand ambassador with deep knowledge of Blank Street's differentiated products. You'll maintain food and beverage quality standards, manage inventory ordering and vendor relations, ensure waste management compliance, and spend time behind the bar leading by example in customer service and product execution. Operational Excellence: Achieve company standard scores via the operations auditing platform, ensure safety and cleanliness of locations, maintain DOH compliance, and quickly resolve facilities and maintenance issues. Neighborhood Performance: Develop local business relationships to build brand loyalty, take ownership of store financial performance, uphold NPS scores, investigate customer feedback, and collaborate with other General Managers to share best practices. You'll report to regional leadership and be responsible for managing a large hospitality team across potentially multiple locations in the Beverly Hills area. This role requires hands-on involvement—you'll cover scheduling gaps, work behind the counter, and be deeply involved in day-to-day operations while also developing systems and processes that scale. Requirements: - 4+ years of experience managing single-unit operations in high-growth hospitality and/or retail brands - Experience managing large hospitality teams - Experience managing inventory and supply chain ordering - Passion for excellent customer service and hospitality - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Ability to create workflows and systems that support dispersed teams - Excellent delegation and follow-up skills - Emotional intelligence and conflict resolution capabilities - Ability to develop staff across leadership, hospitality, product, and service quality - Deep knowledge and interest in specialty coffee, hospitality, restaurants, or retail - Hands-on, action-oriented, and results-driven mindset - Willingness to collaborate across departments
