Adyen is seeking a Strategy & Program Manager to architect the operational integration of two recent acquisitions: Talon. One (a loyalty and promotion platform) and Orb (a billing and metering platform). You will serve as the structural bridge between Adyen's core operational engine—Support, Professional Services, and Merchant Operations—and these newly acquired entities, designing and implementing joint customer journeys, systems, and processes that enable seamless scaling within Adyen's global framework. Key responsibilities include: designing the joint customer journey and standardized onboarding/servicing processes; developing and leading global operational integration programs for adoption across all regions; solving high-complexity, multi-entity bottlenecks by mapping overlaps and identifying innovative solutions; owning the operational KPI framework for integrations—defining, tracking, and translating metrics into a reliable health picture; and partnering closely with Tech, Commercial, Finance, and Compliance teams to deliver a best-in-class customer experience. You bring 5+ years of experience in client-facing roles, technical operations, strategy/business operations, BizOps, M&A integration, program management, or management consulting. You have a proven track record leading complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through global adoption. You are a strategic operator comfortable both zooming out to connect dots and diving into details—understanding how technical architecture decisions ripple down to support ticket bottlenecks. You excel at data-driven decision-making, translating complex data into actionable insights, and navigating high-stakes stakeholder alignment discussions with senior leaders across distinct organizations. You build strong relationships and credibility across functions and levels, and thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where playbooks don't yet exist.
