Verse Medical is a Series C healthtech company building modern software infrastructure to coordinate care across providers, payors, and patients. The company is backed by General Catalyst, SignalFire, and Sapphire Ventures and is on a mission to replace fragmented, outdated healthcare systems with integrated, reliable care delivery.
You will lead a major customer implementation end-to-end while simultaneously building a repeatable playbook for future implementations. This is a hands-on role that requires both execution and process design.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the company's largest program implementation to date, building and maintaining the master implementation plan with key milestones, dependencies, and accountable owners through go-live in 2027
- Driving cross-functional teams (GTM, Operations, Revenue Cycle, Product, Engineering) to hit implementation milestones and serving as the primary point of accountability
- Identifying and clearing blockers, especially those that fall between teams, and escalating to leadership when needed
- Setting and running the program's operating rhythm with stand-ups, cross-team syncs, and weekly reports to senior leadership
- Acting as Verse's primary operational point of contact for the customer's implementation team, preparing materials and tracking action items
- Translating learnings from this implementation into a repeatable, scalable playbook for future implementation leaders
- Traveling to customer meetings as needed for key relationship moments
You bring 5+ years of experience running multi-function programs to fixed launch dates, ideally from consulting or healthcare implementation. You have a proven track record project managing large cross-functional teams (internal and external) and managing up. You excel at building processes from scratch and then scaling or handing them off. You can ramp quickly on complex financial and regulatory healthcare domains and build deep fluency in products and operations. You combine elite organizational skills and attention to detail with strong quantitative analytical abilities. You communicate clearly in writing and verbally, lead by setting high standards and communicating empathetically, and are willing to work extended hours when required.
