Rula is seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to lead the expansion of in-person behavioral healthcare services. In this role, you will serve as the operational lead and subject matter expert for in-person psychiatry, driving the scaling of in-person psychiatry services and building a robust office safety and suitability program.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading efforts to scale in-person psychiatry services across target markets
- Partnering with supply teams to establish provider acquisition channels
- Designing compelling value propositions for in-person care offerings
- Crafting demand generation strategies to drive patient acquisition
- Maintaining regulatory compliance across target markets
- Taking ownership of new high-impact strategic initiatives as priorities evolve
- Synthesizing complex analyses into actionable insights for leadership
You will work in a remote-first environment, collaborating cross-functionally with supply, clinical, and executive teams. The ideal candidate is an analytical, strategic thinker with strong communication skills and a track record of executing complex initiatives in high-ownership, accountable environments.
Rula is a Series C-funded mental health company focused on making quality, evidence-based behavioral healthcare accessible. The company is remote-first and currently hires across most U.S. states (excluding Hawaii).
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, strategy & operations, chief-of-staff, or analytical roles at a top-tier consulting firm, high-growth technology company, or two-sided marketplace
- 2+ years of experience leading and executing complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Strong analytical and modeling skills, including hands-on experience querying data (e.g., Looker, Hex) and building complex financial or operational models in Google Sheets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills tailored for a remote environment, with proven ability to synthesize complex analyses into crisp summaries and tailor messaging to different audiences
- Strategy development experience; ability to define business problems and turn possible solutions into actionable plans
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience working within behavioral healthcare
- Experience working within a strategic planning / OKR-type process
- Experience with Salesforce reporting
- Strong organizational and project management skills; experience using tools like Notion, Asana, Jira
