As Strategy & Operations Manager based in Mexico City, you'll join a team that tackles the company's most complex challenges with speed and precision. Operations at Revolut means problem-solving at scale—designing systems that unlock efficiency and power global growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Prioritizing high-impact initiatives and setting timelines to achieve goals rapidly
- Identifying and defining new features that enhance the customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Establishing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
- Using data-driven insights to solve business challenges and improve operational outcomes
You'll work across the business on initiatives that directly impact how Revolut continues to expand and operate globally. The role requires someone who can break down complex problems, take ownership of end-to-end projects, and thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Required qualifications:
- 2+ years of work experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, or R
- Proven track record of leading complex projects independently
- Ability to decompose complex problems into actionable components
- Comfort working with data and deriving insights
- Natural curiosity and drive to make measurable impact
- Interest in financial services and fintech
- 2:1 degree or equivalent from a top-tier university
