With 65+ million customers and 10,000+ employees worldwide, the company is experiencing rapid growth and seeking a Strategy & Operations Manager to help scale operations globally.
In this role, you will be part of Revolut's Operations team, which tackles the company's most complex challenges with speed and precision. You'll work on high-impact initiatives across the business, using data-driven insights to solve problems, optimize processes, and improve customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing scalable processes to support Revolut's hyper-growth trajectory
- Leading and executing core infrastructure projects from conception to completion
- Prioritizing projects strategically and setting timelines to achieve goals rapidly
- Identifying and implementing new features to enhance the customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and developing performance tracking systems
- Establishing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms
You should have at least 2+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to take ownership of complex projects end-to-end. Technical skills in SQL, Python, or R are required. You'll need strong analytical abilities, comfort working with data, and the capacity to break down complex problems into manageable components. A degree from a top university (2:1 or higher) is expected, along with natural curiosity, a drive to make impact, and interest in the financial services industry.
