As Strategy & Operations Manager, you'll report directly to the leader of Strategy & Operations and own key workstreams across go-to-market operations, automation, and strategic initiatives. This is a high-ownership role from day one. Key responsibilities include: - Design and implement processes and systems that help the GTM organization run faster - Build lightweight AI agents and automations that reduce manual work across the revenue team - Own discrete projects and workstreams from framing through execution - Partner with GTM leadership to turn ambiguity into clear recommendations - Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and leadership You'll work in a fast-moving, ambitious team that values clarity, craftsmanship, and impact. REQUIREMENTS: - 6+ years in strategy & operations, revenue/sales operations, or business operations at a B2B startup - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with fluency in spreadsheets - Experience building tools or processes that others rely on - Deep comfort with AI tools and genuine excitement for using them to work faster and build leverage - Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce and strong understanding of CRM systems, workflows, and best practices - Current or recent experience at a high-growth Series A–C company (preferred) - Bias for action and ownership; able to take ambiguous problems and drive them to results - Strong resilience in challenging, fast-paced environments - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - BA/BS degree required; MBA preferred - Able to work onsite in Sunnyvale
