Base Power Company is rebuilding the electrical grid through distributed battery networks. As a Deployment Operations Specialist for Partnerships, you will manage daily operations for homebuilder partnerships, ensuring efficient installation, timely problem resolution, and operational reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing installer invoices for accuracy and monitoring installer performance
- Creating quality reports for stakeholders
- Collaborating with Member Support, Logistics, and Field Service teams to resolve critical installation and coordination issues
- Owning and managing the procedure to contract and track installation of soft starts across Texas metros
- Documenting operational failures and communicating improvement areas to stakeholders
- Improving and scaling operational processes to support company growth
You will sit between builders, installers, and internal teams, resolving issues, tracking performance, and converting one-off problems into scalable processes. Your work directly impacts how quickly and reliably Base can expand into new markets.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of experience in operations management or project management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems and data visualization
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with project management concepts and tools
- Ability to understand basic hardware functions and communicate issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Self-starter capable of resolving operational challenges
- Experience creating project management workflows and task tracking tools
