Roger is an AI platform that automates administrative paperwork for home health clinicians, enabling them to focus on patient care. The company is backed by leading healthcare investors like SignalFire and has already powered millions of visits across thousands of clinicians. You will join the early operations team as a Business Operations generalist, working directly with founders and team leads. This is a high-ownership role where you will take projects from ambiguous concept to completion with minimal oversight. Your focus area will be determined by company needs and may include customer operations, revenue operations, people operations, or hiring—with opportunities to expand across multiple areas as the company scales. Key areas you may own include: - Hiring: Serve as interim hiring manager, run interview loops, track recruiting data, and manage recruiter/agency relationships. - People Operations: Own employee onboarding, support HR processes, and build systems for a growing team. - Revenue Operations: Manage sales tools, maintain CRM data integrity, and build workflows and automations for the GTM team. - Customer and Support Operations: Partner with success and support teams on scheduling, process improvements, and cross-team issue investigation. - Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, finance, and leadership to unblock projects. - Special Projects: Build dashboards and metrics for leadership, run analyses, and execute high-priority initiatives. You will be responsible for end-to-end project ownership, operational execution with attention to detail, building scalable systems to replace manual processes, creating dashboards and tracking key metrics, partnering across teams, and rapidly learning new domains and tools including healthcare operations. Requirements: 2+ years of professional experience with prior startup experience required. Backgrounds in operations, RevOps, BizOps, customer success, or similar roles are a strong fit. You must be a fast learner who picks up unfamiliar domains, tools, and processes quickly (healthcare exposure is a plus but not required). Detail-oriented with strong communication skills across teammates, candidates, customers, and leadership. Comfortable working in dashboards, CRMs, and spreadsheets, and using data to identify opportunities. Must be a startup generalist comfortable with ambiguity, motivated by mission, and energized by ownership in a fast-paced environment.
