Lumilens, a Series B AI company, is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, manage, and secure its global multi-site network infrastructure spanning India, Thailand, Singapore, and the US. This role is central to supporting the company's distributed operations and requires deep expertise in enterprise networking, cloud integration, and security architecture.
You will own the design and maintenance of LAN/WAN/SD-WAN infrastructure across all global sites, including site-to-site VPN tunnels, SASE/SD-WAN proof-of-concept and deployment, and secure internet access solutions via NAT Gateway and Linux jump hosts. You'll configure and manage enterprise firewalls, switches, routers, and Wi-Fi infrastructure, while administering DNS, DHCP, IPAM, and network monitoring tools. A key focus is implementing Zero Trust architecture, network segmentation, and access control policies.
You will architect and support hybrid cloud connectivity across Azure, Microsoft 365, and Entra ID, manage SSO integrations and identity-aware network access (SAML/OIDC), and evaluate vendor solutions through technical and cost-benefit analysis. Documentation of architecture, runbooks, and change management is essential, as is collaboration with global teams across IT, HR, Finance, and Operations.
Technical expertise required includes routing and switching (Cisco, Aruba, Juniper), firewalls (FortiGate, Palo Alto, pfSense), VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL-VPN), SD-WAN/SASE platforms (Cato Networks, Meraki, Fortinet), enterprise Wi-Fi, Azure networking (VNet, ExpressRoute), Microsoft 365 integration, Linux networking (NAT, iptables, routing), and monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix, Grafana). Scripting proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automation and diagnostics is expected.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication Engineering, or related field
- 8–10 years of enterprise network engineering experience
- Demonstrated multi-site, multi-country network management
- CCNP, Fortinet NSE4+, CompTIA Network+, or Security+ certification (preferred)
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Experience presenting technical proposals to senior management
- Ability to collaborate across APAC and US time zones
Good-to-have skills include SASE/ZTNA deployment experience, NetSuite ERP or SaaS application SSO troubleshooting, CCTV/physical security network integration, enterprise collaboration platform migration (e.g., Slack to Teams), lab/production network segregation in manufacturing environments, and Entra ID/Azure AD security group and conditional access policy management.
