Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced autonomy, AI, computer vision, and sensor fusion. The Design & Construction team delivers the factories, labs, offices, and secure spaces that enable Anduril to design, build, and deploy critical defense technology at speed. As Strategy & Operations Manager for Capital Projects, you will be a high-impact operational leader embedded in Anduril's most ambitious and highest-stakes initiatives. This is a variable-scope role that combines strategic project support, organizational tooling, and executive partnership. Key responsibilities include: **Megaproject Support:** Embed alongside Construction Project Managers on large-scale projects (advanced manufacturing plants, energetics facilities, shipyards, secure environments) to ensure scope capture, decision clarity, and executive visibility. Serve as connective tissue between business lines and Design & Construction, maintaining project velocity through stakeholder coordination and deadline enforcement. Build executive-level analyses that frame cost and timing tradeoffs for core design and construction decisions. Support early facility conceptualization including financial modeling and operational requirements validation. **Tooling & Analytics:** Drive innovation for the Design & Construction organization by building financial dashboards, creating approval workflows, developing facility design standards, and implementing process improvements. Start with scrappy solutions (Excel-based) and graduate proven tools into industry software. Leverage construction and real estate software data to create insights using tools like Excel and Palantir Foundry, equipping teams to measure and improve processes. **Site Turnovers:** Own the final phase of launching facilities by partnering with Construction Project Managers and Facilities Managers to resolve punchlists, ensure production readiness, and integrate with physical security, network engineering, and other teams. **Executive Support:** Prepare crisp briefings for senior leadership, manage cross-functional stakeholder groups, and lead high-stakes special projects spanning space planning, facilities management, corporate real estate, and industrial engineering. You will thrive in ambiguity, excel at stakeholder management, and have a track record of delivering results in complex, fast-moving environments. This role requires comfort with large meetings, cross-functional coordination, and the ability to shift between strategic analysis and tactical execution.
