As Strategy Manager, you will work directly with the CEO and Leadership Team on mission-critical initiatives. This is a hands-on role where you own workstreams end-to-end, surface risks proactively, and ensure nothing important falls through the cracks. You will serve as the connective tissue between leadership and the organization, managing information flow with discretion and ensuring the right people are in the room for key decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Running M&A workstreams with multiple concurrent threads - Leading strategic projects and coordinating cross-functional workstreams, stakeholders, and milestones - Maintaining the fundraising data room and coordinating with external advisors - Owning the Leadership Team operating rhythm (OKRs, business reviews, meeting cadence) - Preparing board packs, investor updates, and strategic review materials - Building financial models and business cases that drive decisions - Acting as an extension of the CEO—connecting people, managing priorities, and controlling information flow - Contributing to culture through town halls, leadership forums, and offsites The role combines strategic thinking with operational excellence. You'll pick up cross-functional projects outside normal business-as-usual cadence, bring structure and resolution, and ensure leadership's time is spent on high-impact activities. Requirements: - 4–8 years in strategy, consulting, investment banking, corporate development, or business operations, ideally with M&A exposure - Strong project management skills to drive projects to successful delivery - Direct experience working with founders or senior leaders - Product management skills or experience desirable, with strong prioritization and cross-functional delivery capabilities - Strong commercial and financial judgment—understanding what makes or breaks a deal, not just model-building - Excellent written and visual communication; ability to distill complex information into clear one-pagers or board slides - Highly organized with bias for follow-through; deadlines hold, numbers tie out, ownership of final details - Natural connector who builds relationships across teams and levels; people bring you in early - Low ego, high impact mindset; energized by making others successful and working behind the scenes - Freight, logistics, or marketplace experience is a bonus, not required The company emphasizes that impact, aptitude, and passion are prioritized, and encourages applications even if not all criteria are met.
