EliseAI is a Series E-funded AI company ($250M raised) focused on deploying agentic AI into housing and healthcare workflows. The company integrates AI agents into existing processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance user experience. The Future Platforms team operates as a startup-within-a-startup, tasked with building the next generation of AI products and business lines. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and go-to-market execution, with deep involvement from C-suite leadership (CEO, CRO, CSO, CTO). As a Strategy and Operations Associate/Sr Associate, you will help establish and scale the deployment motion for future platform products—the process of taking products from early customer validation to live, adopted, business-impacting deployments. You'll own a core piece of this motion, such as scoping methodology, migration readiness, or the product requirements pipeline. Key responsibilities include: diagnosing where the deployment process breaks using engagement data and direct observation; designing and driving execution of improvements across Product, Engineering, Partnerships, and Delivery teams; modeling what the function needs at higher volumes and identifying constraints; shaping the product roadmap by translating deployment patterns into prioritized requirements; carrying one or two customer engagements yourself to stay grounded in reality; and helping build and onboard the team. You'll operate with significant autonomy and founder-level ownership from day one. The role requires 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or operator roles at high-growth startups. You should have strong analytical and technical intuition (STEM background preferred), a proven track record of designing scalable processes, and the ability to manage complex projects end-to-end in client-facing settings. Excellent communication, cross-functional influence, and comfort with ambiguity are essential. The role requires 4–5 days per week in-office in NYC and ~1 day per month of travel.
