Sidelines Group operates the content, product, and commercial infrastructure behind major US sports media assets. This role owns end-to-end management of one of the company's most strategic partnerships, with full ownership of relationship direction, growth, and day-to-day execution.
You will serve as the partner's primary point of contact, leading meetings with their editorial and product leadership while setting the strategic agenda. You'll own partnership performance metrics—revenue, reach, and product adoption—and identify growth opportunities across the relationship. A key responsibility is translating partner needs into product priorities (widgets, deeplinks, integrations) and driving implementation with Sidelines' engineering and product teams.
This is a cross-functional leadership role requiring coordination across Sidelines' US-based business teams and Israel-based engineering/product teams, as well as the partner's US operations. You'll make autonomous decisions on partnership direction and drive initiatives spanning SEO, product, and business functions.
Success is measured by partnership revenue and reach growth, strong product adoption on partner platforms, and establishing the partnership as a core business driver for the partner.
You bring 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or media/publisher operations, with demonstrated ownership of significant external partnerships. You're comfortable leading without direct authority, credible with senior stakeholders internally and externally, and data-driven in your decision-making. You work effectively across teams you don't manage and across US-Israel time zones. Commercial acumen connecting content, product, and affiliate revenue models is essential. Interest in US sports, betting, and gaming is a plus.
