Cosine is building the UK's sovereign Large Language Model and advanced AI technology, including autonomous coding agents, specialised AI models, AI-native red teaming, and sovereign AI solutions. The company is seeking an exceptional Strategic Partnerships Manager to build and scale its partner ecosystem, with immediate focus on systems integrators (SIs) and consultancies. This is a commercially driven, hands-on role reporting to the CRO. You will own relationships with high-value partners, develop joint propositions, negotiate agreements, and build customer pipeline. You'll work directly with senior stakeholders at major partners and collaborate closely with commercial, product, and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include: - Building and activating strategic partnerships across the SI and consultancy ecosystem, converting existing interest into active, commercially productive relationships while proactively opening new doors. - Driving partner opportunities from initial engagement through commercial negotiation, agreement, and activation. - Building joint account plans, identifying customer opportunities, and developing qualified pipeline with clear commercial objectives. - Working with partners and internal sales teams to progress opportunities into pilots, deployments, and revenue. - Creating compelling joint propositions around sovereign AI, coding agents, software modernisation, and cybersecurity by collaborating with product, engineering, and commercial teams. - Running product demonstrations, partner workshops, and enablement sessions to equip partner teams. - Building processes, reporting, and partner engagement models to scale what works. You'll be based in the London office, working in-office five days a week by design. The company values close collaboration, shared context, and work-life balance. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven commercial track record with demonstrable success building partnerships, developing pipeline, and delivering revenue within enterprise technology, software, or AI. - Strong SI and consultancy experience; understanding of how these organisations operate and ability to turn strategic alignment into customer opportunities. - Commercial sharpness: ability to qualify opportunities, negotiate agreements, develop compelling propositions, and focus effort where it delivers greatest return. - Technical credibility: comfort engaging with complex enterprise technology, running product demonstrations, and holding meaningful conversations with technical stakeholders. Not required to be an engineer but must be capable of understanding products deeply. - Executive-level relationship skills: ability to engage confidently with senior decision-makers, build credibility quickly, and influence stakeholders across large organisations. - Relentless execution: proactive, resourceful, commercially driven, takes ownership, follows through, creates momentum independently. - Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in fast-moving environments, makes sound decisions with incomplete information, comfortable with both strategy and hands-on execution. - Experience with government, defence, financial services, or other regulated industries is a strong advantage.
