Podium is a rapidly growing AI company that deploys AI Employees to local businesses in automotive, home services, and aesthetics verticals. The company has scaled to $100M+ in AI Agent ARR in under 24 months and is recognized as a leader in AI implementation.
As Strategic Onboarding Manager for Enterprise (OEM), you will be the primary point of contact for initial implementation and onboarding of strategic automotive accounts. This role sits at the intersection of customer success, technical implementation, and internal operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the lead onboarding contact for strategic enterprise automotive accounts
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans with clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Become a subject matter expert on Podium's AI Employees, telephony solutions, and platform capabilities
- Coordinate technical integrations and implementations across internal teams (Integrations, Product, Engineering, Enterprise CS, Technical Support)
- Manage scope of work, ensuring customer requests align with agreed deliverables
- Conduct tailored training sessions for customer teams across multiple locations
- Monitor project status and proactively communicate timelines and expectations to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
- Build and refine internal processes to improve the implementation experience
- Ensure smooth handoff to Enterprise Customer Success team post-implementation
You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll navigate complex customer environments, manage multiple concurrent projects, and drive meaningful outcomes for enterprise partners.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in onboarding/implementation roles (SaaS preferred), technical background with experience connecting SaaS systems, exceptional communication skills, proven ability to manage complex multi-project environments, strong problem-solving abilities, bachelor's degree.
Preferred: automotive vertical experience, familiarity with Gainsight and Salesforce, growth-oriented perspective on AI.
