Salary: USD 148,000 - 185,000 / annual
Scale is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join its Corporate Finance team. The role sits at the center of critical business decisions, partnering with leadership to drive data-informed resource allocation and financial planning as AI reshapes the competitive landscape.
You will own the company's budgeting and forecasting processes, managing tools like Pigment and TeamOhana to automate reporting and headcount planning. Key responsibilities include providing financial analysis to support workforce planning decisions, partnering cross-functionally with HR, Recruiting, Compensation, and Analytics teams to develop scalable insights and KPIs, and implementing process improvements across month-end close and financial reporting.
You'll support strategic initiatives including annual planning, board presentations, and high-priority business analyses. The role requires strong project management, the ability to manipulate and critically analyze large datasets, and expertise in identifying process improvement opportunities. You'll leverage AI tools to optimize financial processes and reporting efficiency.
The ideal candidate has 4+ years of corporate or strategic finance experience, hands-on expertise with financial forecasting tools (Pigment, Adaptive, Anaplan), advanced Excel modeling skills, and strong Google Suite proficiency. Experience implementing forecasting systems is a plus. You should demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and the ability to translate quantitative insights into actionable business recommendations.
