The Strategic Finance Manager will join the Finance team to drive forecasting, financial performance reporting, and strategic analysis for the Fanatics Ecosystem. This is a high-ownership, high-visibility role requiring both financial rigor and analytical depth to generate actionable insights for senior leadership and business partners.
Key responsibilities include: managing monthly and annual financial processes including in-depth results analysis and forecasting; supporting P&L reviews and month-end close in partnership with Accounting and FP&A teams; partnering cross-functionally with business leads to review financial performance and provide growth recommendations; preparing recurring management reporting and business review materials that translate results into clear narratives; conducting ad-hoc strategic analyses to evaluate key investments and growth initiatives; collaborating with analytics to track and report operational KPIs; and identifying opportunities to enhance and automate financial workflows using AI-enabled tools.
The ideal candidate combines strong financial modeling and forecasting expertise with excellent communication skills. You will own models and recurring monthly processes end-to-end, translate complex financial analysis into concise narratives for senior stakeholders, and operate effectively in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment. Advanced Excel proficiency is essential; experience with data tools (Sigma, Tableau, SQL/Snowflake) and financial systems (Oracle or similar) is valued.
