Circle (NYSE: CRCL) is a leading internet financial platform company building infrastructure for digital assets, payments, and blockchain. The company operates USDC (the world's largest regulated stablecoin), Circle Payments Network for global money movement, and Arc, an enterprise blockchain platform. As Strategic Finance Manager, you will drive financial strategy for Circle's highest-priority growth initiatives including strategic partnerships, product monetization, M&A, and new revenue streams. You will own complex, executive-facing financial analysis that informs capital allocation, commercial structuring, transaction evaluation, and product scaling across the emerging internet of money. Key responsibilities include: leading complex financial modeling for strategic priorities (partnerships, ecosystem incentives, product launches, M&A, investments); owning product-level financial models for revenue streams including transaction revenue, subscriptions, platform monetization, and unit economics; partnering with Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, and GTM leaders to evaluate monetization models, partnership structures, pricing, and capital allocation; building investment-grade models supporting executive decision-making with detailed revenue builds, sensitivity analyses, valuation frameworks, and scenario planning; translating complex analysis into clear executive narratives for CFO/CCO reviews, board materials, and strategic planning; serving as strategic thought partner identifying key drivers, risks, and tradeoffs; developing financial frameworks for build/buy/partner decisions; partnering with Accounting, Legal, Tax, Treasury, and Data teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance; leveraging AI and automation tools to improve analysis speed and quality; creating repeatable planning infrastructure for emerging revenue streams; and proactively identifying gaps in reporting and decision-making processes. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Strategic Finance and collaborate closely with Finance, Product, Business Development, Corporate Development, Legal, Accounting, Data, and executive leadership. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between detailed modeling and crisp storytelling, operating in high-intensity financial environments with significant ambiguity and business impact. Required qualifications: 5-7 years relevant experience, ideally including 2-4 years in investment banking and/or private equity plus 2+ years in strategic finance, corporate development, or FP&A at a fast-paced, high-growth technology, fintech, crypto, payments, marketplace, or AI company; elite financial modeling skills across revenue, margins, unit economics, valuation, M&A, partnerships, and scenario planning; strong commercial and strategic judgment; excellent executive communication and synthesis skills; demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders; and experience supporting strategic partnerships, product monetization, and M&A.
