Salary: USD 164,000 - 225,500 / annual
Faire is a technology wholesale platform connecting independent retailers globally with suppliers. The Finance & Strategy team ensures optimal capital allocation and drives strategic growth planning across the organization.
In this role, you will own strategic finance initiatives focused on Faire's proprietary financial products and customer value propositions. You'll develop hypotheses and execute in-depth analyses to inform product strategy, own forecasting and goal-setting for key ROI drivers, and support capital markets strategies that enable financing for customer benefit programs. You'll lead strategic planning across growth initiatives and new product launches, while enabling the organization to remain data-driven at scale through financial modeling, KPI development, and real-time performance monitoring.
Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities and executing analyses to inform financial product strategy; owning forecasting, goal-setting, and tracking of inputs driving ROI across financial value propositions; supporting company-wide capital markets strategies; leading strategic planning for growth initiatives; and synthesizing insights to build financial models and KPIs for performance monitoring.
You'll work in a dynamic, highly collaborative, data-driven environment with exposure to product, operations, and executive leadership. The role requires strong analytical rigor, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to communicate complex analyses to both executives and cross-functional partners. Experience in fintech or SMB enablement technology, plus SQL knowledge, is valued but not required.
