As Strategic Finance Lead, you will serve as a right-hand partner to the Head of Finance and CEO, driving the company's next phase of growth. You'll be at the intersection of strategy, operations, and finance in a fast-moving, mission-driven environment.
Key responsibilities include partnering with the Head of Finance and CEO on strategic financial planning, decision-making, and fundraising efforts. You'll support the development and execution of financial strategy, resource allocation, and growth initiatives, particularly across go-to-market and operations. You'll drive cross-functional analysis, build financial models, and recommend business decisions on topics such as business expansion, pricing and packaging, and capital efficiency. The role requires driving financial discipline across the organization, ensuring accuracy in all financial data and operations, and tracking key operating metrics including revenue retention, profitability margins, and unit economics.
You should have 4-6 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, private equity, growth equity, venture capital, or strategic finance at a high-growth startup. The ideal candidate has an exceptional work ethic, relentless attention to detail, strong business judgment, and the ability to drive results through influence in a fast-paced startup environment. This is a full-time, in-office role based in New York City, five days per week.
