Salary: USD 128,000 - 155,000 / annual
Taskrabbit, a marketplace platform owned by IKEA that connects people with taskers for home services (furniture assembly, handyman work, moving help, etc.), is seeking a Strategic Finance Lead to join its FP&A team. This role combines financial analysis with cross-functional partnership and influence in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
You will conduct ROI analyses to evaluate investment opportunities across all business functions, presenting findings to senior leadership and cross-functional teams with compelling narratives that drive strategic decisions. You'll take a leadership role in internal finance meetings, coaching and mentoring junior team members while driving process improvements across the finance function. Key responsibilities include playing a critical role in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly reporting cycles; building and maintaining complex financial models and reports in collaboration with stakeholders; and helping establish finance as a strategic business partner by delivering actionable insights.
The role also includes contributing to Taskrabbit's internal AI strategy, identifying opportunities to enhance the finance team's effectiveness and broader organizational impact through AI tools.
You bring 8+ years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or business analytics, ideally in a fast-paced tech or marketplace environment. You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, mathematics, analytics, economics, or a related quantitative field. You excel at financial modeling with a hands-on approach to data and model construction. You're a natural communicator who bridges technical and business audiences, turning complexity into clarity. You identify critical business problems and solve them with rigorous, creative analysis. You're a self-starter with high integrity, ownership mentality, and intellectual curiosity.
