The Strategic Finance Lead will play a critical role in supporting Nourish's next phase of growth. This senior individual contributor will own financial planning, analysis, and strategy across the organization. Key responsibilities include building financial models, conducting variance analysis, supporting fundraising and investor relations, optimizing unit economics, and providing strategic insights to leadership on key business drivers.
The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of finance experience, ideally in healthcare or high-growth venture-backed companies. You should have strong modeling skills, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to influence without direct authority. Experience with healthcare reimbursement, payer dynamics, or digital health is a plus. You'll work closely with the CFO and executive team to shape financial strategy and drive operational excellence.
