Notion is hiring a Strategic Finance professional to join the GTM (Go-To-Market) Strategic Finance team. In this role, you'll own core topline financial reporting and modeling for a rapidly scaling SaaS business, providing Finance and GTM leadership with clear visibility into revenue performance as Notion's business model and operating complexity grow.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) model, seat-based forecasting, and monthly/quarterly actuals reporting
- Connecting ARR performance to underlying drivers: customer growth, seat expansion, retention, GTM execution, and operational trends
- Preparing and delivering executive presentations on GTM strategy and performance to Notion's leadership team, Board, and investors
- Improving reporting infrastructure through AI, automation, and stronger data workflows to increase accuracy, reduce manual work, and surface insights faster
- Cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Business Technology, and Revenue Operations teams to drive process improvements and ensure data accuracy
You'll bring 3–5 years of experience in Investment Banking or Sales Finance at high-growth SaaS companies. You should have a proven track record building and owning rigorous financial models for recurring-revenue businesses, strong analytical judgment to move from detailed data to clear insights on performance and risks, and the ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while communicating effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
