Replit is seeking a Strategic Finance professional to join its team in Foster City, CA. This role sits within the finance function, reporting to the Head of Finance, and focuses on driving data-informed decision-making across the organization.
Key responsibilities span three core areas:
**Internal Strategic & Operational Initiatives:** Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams to build financial models and analyses. Support new product launches by developing business cases and investment analyses. Drive go-to-market finance through sales capacity planning, funnel analytics, and pricing strategy. Analyze pricing and packaging strategies to optimize revenue. Recommend unit economics strategies balancing growth with operational efficiency. Evaluate international expansion opportunities including localization and regional pricing. Support enterprise sales scaling.
**Corporate Strategy & Planning:** Collaborate with FP&A on forecasting, financial planning, long-range planning, and headcount planning. Assist in preparing quarterly board materials and presentations. Conduct competitive analysis and industry research to inform strategic planning.
**Corporate Development & Investor Relations:** Support M&A, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships from sourcing through integration. Support investor relations activities, fundraising, and investor communications.
Required qualifications include 3–6 years in investment banking, private equity, consulting, business operations, or strategic finance. Proficiency with SQL, Python, or other data analysis tools is essential. The ideal candidate has expert-level financial modeling skills, strong business judgment, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights. An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to operate in fast-moving, ambiguous environments are critical.
Bonus experience includes strategic finance at scaling tech companies, familiarity with Replit, background in AI or enterprise technology, and understanding of compute and infrastructure costs.
