NexHealth is building the infrastructure layer for modern healthcare, connecting fragmented EHR systems into a unified platform serving thousands of providers and health-tech developers. The Finance team sits at the center of business strategy, partnering across Sales, Operations, and the executive team to drive capital allocation and growth decisions. As a Strategic Finance Associate, you will own analytical workstreams spanning FP&A, business partnering, and financial analytics. You'll develop and maintain financial models supporting budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. You'll partner with go-to-market leaders to analyze pipeline performance, quota attainment, and revenue trends, surfacing insights that inform strategy. Working closely with Operations, you'll translate operational drivers into financial outcomes and improve visibility into unit economics. You'll build executive-level reporting and dashboards giving leadership clear visibility into business performance, and drive the monthly and quarterly close process—identifying variances, investigating root causes, and communicating findings with clarity. You'll identify opportunities to improve financial processes and analytical frameworks as the company scales, and support M&A and fundraising processes end-to-end, including financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and investor-facing materials. You bring 3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, private equity, or comparable high-rigor finance environments. You own analytical projects end-to-end with minimal oversight, partner effectively with non-finance stakeholders, and translate complex financial data into actionable insights. You have strong working knowledge of financial planning tools, Excel/Google Sheets modeling, BI platforms, and SQL or data querying. You approach problems from first principles, challenge assumptions, and build durable solutions. You communicate clearly with executive audiences and maintain high ownership orientation, surfacing risks early and holding yourself accountable for outcomes.
