PPRO is a global payments platform that enables major financial and technology companies like PayPal, Stripe, and Microsoft to access local payment methods and connect with billions of consumers worldwide. The company operates across 10+ locations with a team representing 50+ nationalities, and is targeting 3x growth by 2028.
As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting PPRO's ambitious growth trajectory. This role involves analyzing financial data, building models, and providing insights to inform strategic business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, and leadership to understand financial performance, identify optimization opportunities, and support planning initiatives.
Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining financial models and dashboards; analyzing business metrics and KPIs; supporting budgeting and forecasting processes; conducting ad-hoc financial analysis on strategic initiatives; and presenting findings to senior leadership. You will have exposure to multiple business functions and the opportunity to own projects end-to-end.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You should have strong Excel and data visualization skills, the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly, and a genuine interest in payments and fintech.
