Snowflake is seeking a Strategic Events Specialist for its EMEA region, based in London with a minimum of three days per week onsite. This role owns the end-to-end execution of Snowflake's most visible events across the region, spanning both company-hosted experiences and major third-party conference participation.
You will manage two interconnected portfolios: Snowflake-hosted events including the World Tour, Summit activations, executive roundtables, developer events, and customer hospitality; and major third-party conferences where Snowflake sponsors, exhibits, or partners (such as Hannover Messe, Davos, Web Summit, and Gartner events).
For Snowflake-hosted events, you'll run logistics workstreams end-to-end—managing registration, RSVPs, speaker coordination, venue and catering logistics, branding, production, and onsite delivery. You'll work closely with Field Marketing and Sales to ensure priority customers and target accounts are engaged and attending, and deliver seamless experiences for attendees, speakers, and internal stakeholders.
For third-party conferences, you'll own sponsorship deliverables with event organizers, manage booth build and exhibitor logistics with production partners, coordinate speaker and session requirements, and own lead capture end-to-end including scanning setup, data quality, and handoff to Sales and marketing operations.
You'll also own budget lines for your workstreams, track spend against plan, manage purchase orders and invoices, and monitor key metrics including attendance, registration conversion, lead volume and quality. You're expected to understand how your events contribute to business objectives and maintain data integrity for post-event reporting.
This role requires close collaboration with Strategic Events, Field Marketing, Sales, Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, Communications, Creative and Brand teams, and external agencies. The nature of event work means periodic travel across EMEA and occasional evening or weekend commitments around key events. You'll report to the Sr. Event Manager, EMEA.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, comfortable working at pace, and excited by the challenge of delivering complex events with measurable business impact. You should be a low-ego individual who thrives in dynamic, fast-moving environments and brings an experimental mindset to problem-solving.
