Auxia is an agentic marketing platform that uses AI agents to plan, build, and ship campaigns end-to-end across existing stacks, leveraging first-party data to personalize customer interactions in real time. Enterprises including Atlassian, Comcast, Assurant, USAA, and NTT Docomo use Auxia to replace manual workflows with intelligent automation. This is a founder-adjacent enterprise sales role focused on strategic account ownership rather than territory farming. You will own a portfolio of large, strategic brands across retail, financial services, marketplaces, and B2B enterprises, running complex, multi-threaded sales cycles with CMOs, VPs of Growth and Lifecycle, Heads of Personalization, and their data and engineering teams. Key responsibilities include: • Own the complete lifecycle of strategic accounts: initial outreach, executive alignment, security and procurement review, close, and post-sale expansion • Build multi-year account expansion plans from day one, turning single-use-case lands into new journeys, channels, business units, and enterprise-wide agreements • Develop internal champions whose personalization results drive expansion; instrument wins and present them to secure larger commitments • Conduct thorough pre-outreach research and develop hypotheses about customer retention curves, lifecycle gaps, and revenue leakage from personalization gaps • Execute relentless multi-threading across marketing, data, and engineering functions to prevent single-threaded deal failure • Build ROI models, defend assumptions, and translate technical capabilities into business value that CFOs will approve • Maintain rigorous pipeline hygiene with accurate forecasts, clean CRM data, and honest deal staging • Partner with product and engineering on solution design, POCs, and roadmap prioritization based on market feedback • Help develop and refine sales playbooks including messaging, discovery frameworks, objection handling, and competitive positioning The buyer is sophisticated and skeptical, having been sold personalization solutions before. Success requires diagnosing how their growth engine actually works, quantifying the business impact, and building a compelling case for investment. This is consultative engagement, not demo-and-quote selling. You will be a direct voice shaping product direction; market feedback goes straight to product with no intermediary layer. REQUIREMENTS: Non-negotiable: • Tenacity and resilience: you work accounts others have written off, find alternative paths when initial approaches close, and treat rejection as data • Accountability: you own the number and own the misses, communicating slips early with explanation and recovery plan • Consulting background: prior experience at a strategy, management, or technology consultancy, or equivalent role diagnosing business problems and defending recommendations to executives • High intellectual horsepower and genuine curiosity: you learn complex technical products quickly and can discuss data architecture, experimentation design, and attribution at an executive level • Early-stage startup experience: you have carried a bag at a Series A–B startup and understand operating without marketing-sourced pipeline, established brand, or escalation paths • Comfort with ambiguity: you default to ownership, transparency, and problem-solving; undefined processes feel like opportunity Also important: • Proven track record selling complex technical or data products to enterprise buyers with consistent, demonstrable quota attainment • Experience closing six- and seven-figure deals with 6–12 month sales cycles, multiple stakeholders, and formal procurement processes • Fluency in martech, growth, CDP, or customer engagement space, or demonstrated ability to develop expertise quickly • Strong written communication skills; much enterprise selling happens via email and one-pagers in rooms you're not in • Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed This role is not a fit if you require a defined territory, SDR-fed meetings, a full marketing engine, or a manager who monitors activity metrics.
