Qualtrics is seeking a Strategic Engagement Lead to manage the Incubation Foundry's executive co-innovation portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, owning end-to-end management of structured partnerships with clients who are co-building the future of experience management alongside Qualtrics.
You will be the primary operator of the Foundry's commercial and innovation methodology, responsible for scoping engagements, running co-innovation (COIN) initiatives from initiation through closure, and advising leadership on whether efforts merit product investment. Key responsibilities include managing the leadership-to-Foundry handoff when executives surface co-innovation opportunities, executing the Foundry's commercial playbook with rigor, driving portfolio cadence through regular reporting, and synthesizing market intelligence on competitive dynamics and customer feedback.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for design partners, managing client-side relationships while maintaining Qualtrics' interests. The role requires both strategic thinking and operational excellence—you'll draft business cases, market assessments, and competitive analyses while tracking portfolio signals and flagging risks before they escalate. You'll also support cross-functional alignment with Sales, Marketing, and Corporate Strategy, ensuring GTM coordination and follow-through.
This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to C-suite relationships and how senior partnerships convert into commercial momentum. As the Foundry scales, this position offers a clear path to Global Strategy & Commercial leadership. You'll build organizational fluency across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing through the role's natural demands, and you'll have the opportunity to evolve from executing the playbook to shaping it as you master co-innovation and incubation methodology.
