As AI Portfolio Lead, you will own the strategic direction and execution of a subset of Multiverse's UK apprenticeship product offerings focused on AI upskilling. Working as one of two dedicated leads within the AI vertical, you will drive product roadmap development, market validation, and cross-functional collaboration to grow bookings and improve retention. Key responsibilities include: **Portfolio Strategy:** Develop and iterate the AI product roadmap by analyzing internal and external data to improve net new bookings, customer retention, and learner retention. Validate market assumptions and competitor positioning in partnership with Product Marketing. Stay ahead of trends in data and AI tooling to identify emerging skills development opportunities. Support GTM, Finance, and Delivery teams in scoping custom offerings and balancing market potential against technical investment. Collaborate with the Policy team to shape apprenticeship policy and respond to consultation requests. **Product Development & Launch:** Work collaboratively across the business to create compliant apprenticeship curricula meeting learner and client needs. Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify and prioritize growth opportunities. Manage backlogs and prioritization for the Learning team. Support Delivery, Admissions, and Product teams in assessing organizational readiness. Proactively identify and escalate risks to ensure products meet quality benchmarks. Establish rigorous feedback loops synthesizing insights from internal delivery teams, learners, and clients. Serve as the internal and external voice of the data practitioner, building credibility with technical leaders and stakeholders. You bring sophisticated AI domain expertise, proven experience launching learning products across cross-functional teams, and confident communication at all organizational levels. You excel at distinguishing signal from noise, making stakeholders feel heard while maintaining clear prioritization rationale. You understand modern AI infrastructure, generative AI, agentic systems, and the broader AI tooling market evolution.
