Hatch is a sleep wellness company helping 5+ million people build healthier sleep habits through audio experiences and gentle habit-formation technology. The company creates meditations, sleep music, bedtime podcasts, audiobooks, and ASMR content designed to help people unplug and recharge in a culture obsessed with optimization.
As Senior Producer, you will lead the full production lifecycle of premium audio content across Hatch's portfolio. This is a hands-on creative role requiring fluidity across multiple disciplines: writing and editing meditation scripts, casting and directing narrators, providing creative direction to musicians on sound baths, assembling rough cuts in Pro Tools, and shepherding projects from concept through launch.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning creative vision, production planning, and execution for audio projects
- Writing, editing, and shaping scripts across storytelling and mindfulness formats while maintaining brand voice
- Sourcing, casting, onboarding, and directing narrators, hosts, practitioners, and musicians
- Developing pilots and testing new audio formats to evolve the content library
- Building and managing production schedules in Airtable across internal and external teams
- Directing recording sessions and performing light editing, assembly, and sound design in Pro Tools
- Collaborating with sound designers, engineers, composers, and cross-functional partners (Strategy, Development, Marketing, Design)
- Ensuring final audio meets quality standards through QC checks and maintaining a consistent creative bar
- Anticipating project needs beyond audio itself, including metadata, marketing assets, and launch deliverables
Success milestones: within one month, you'll onboard to workflows and lead an active project; within three months, independently deliver pilots and launch your first project; within six months, develop content that strengthens Hatch's brand and evolve production approaches.
You have exceptional instincts for pacing, tone, story, talent, and sound. You bring a strong creative point of view while remaining collaborative, experimental, and adaptable to project needs. You report to the Director of Audio Production.
