Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 / annual
KiwiCo is an innovative eCommerce company dedicated to sparking creativity and curiosity in kids through subscription-based hands-on projects, an eCommerce storefront, and a content platform. The company is Series A-funded and based in Mountain View, CA.
As an Associate Product Manager, you will own key business areas including E-commerce, Education, Operations, and Wholesale. You'll manage the entire product development lifecycle from ideation through launch, optimization, and performance tracking. Your responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing product opportunities using business intelligence, web analytics, competitive research, and user research. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business stakeholders, operations, and design teams to drive projects to completion.
Key responsibilities include streamlining operational workflows for Education and Wholesale teams to enable efficient processing of large bespoke orders; analyzing customer feedback and technical data to diagnose and resolve product bugs; and designing and conducting A/B tests to improve conversion rates in the eCommerce store.
Required qualifications: BS/BA degree; 2+ years as a product owner or product manager with experience on both internal business operations and consumer-facing products; strong project management and organizational skills; proven ability to make data-informed trade-offs; excellent cross-functional collaboration skills; understanding of backend system architecture; fluency in web analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude) and A/B testing platforms (Optimizely); experience with AI tools, LLMs, or machine learning; and comfort working in fast-paced startup environments with ambiguity.
Desired qualifications include basic coding knowledge, experience building products from the ground up at early-stage companies, and hands-on e-commerce platform experience.
The role follows a hybrid schedule with 3-4 office days per week in Mountain View, with the remainder remote.
