Vuori seeks a Senior Product Manager to own the omni-channel product strategy, roadmap, and delivery across stores, digital channels, and inventory systems. This role operates with meaningful autonomy and visibility, setting direction for RFID-enabled inventory accuracy, Endless Aisle, Ship-from-Store, Buy Online Pick Up in Store (BOPIS), curbside pickup, and related capabilities. You will lead through a small direct team and a wide cross-functional coalition spanning retail operations, e-commerce, supply chain, finance, and executive leadership. Key responsibilities include owning the end-to-end omni-channel product portfolio and defining the future-state experience across POS, order management systems, inventory visibility, mobile associate tools, and ERP integrations. You will establish and manage operational metrics including inventory accuracy, fulfillment speed, pick-up readiness, order cancellation rates, and labor efficiency. Leadership of RFID strategy from pilot through enterprise rollout is central, including vendor management, hardware standards, and performance optimization. You will drive growth and optimization of Endless Aisle and Ship-from-Store programs, balancing customer experience, conversion, fulfillment costs, and store workload. The role requires building and maintaining a 12–24 month omni-channel roadmap aligned with revenue, margin, and customer experience objectives, identifying and evaluating future growth opportunities such as new fulfillment options, clienteling, personalization, and loyalty integration. You will develop business cases and investment recommendations in partnership with Finance, quantifying revenue, margin, labor, and operational impact. Customer, store associate, competitive, and market research will inform roadmap decisions. You will establish KPI frameworks, dashboards, pilot programs, and testing strategies to measure performance before scaling. Acting as the primary product partner across all relevant functions, you will present strategy and performance to senior and executive leadership while driving cross-functional alignment. Partnership with Engineering and Program Management is essential to deliver capabilities through agile practices, including roadmap prioritization, backlog management, UAT, pilots, rollout planning, and change management. You will lead and develop a team of product managers and analysts while managing key technology vendors and platform partners.
