Writer is seeking a Strategic AI Adoption Lead to own deployment and activation success across a customer portfolio. You'll embed deeply into enterprise customer organizations, understand their business objectives, and build programs, communities, and frameworks that turn AI investment into measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities include owning activation and platform success by understanding each customer's specific use cases, business objectives, and success metrics. You'll build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers, translating their use cases into workflows that drive measurable business impact. You'll design and execute activation strategies that drive platform adoption and business outcomes, implementing champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, customized trainings, and workshops.
You'll create advocate networks and champion communities within customer organizations, establish power user communities that drive peer-to-peer learning, train internal customer trainers to scale enablement, and design innovative customer experiences that deepen engagement. You'll facilitate dynamic live and virtual training sessions tailored to diverse audiences, partner with the curriculum team while owning customization and delivery, and create memorable learning experiences that inspire action and drive adoption.
The ideal candidate brings at least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes. You'll need deep experience understanding customer use cases, implementing activation strategies, building advocate networks, and connecting platform usage to business outcomes. You should be comfortable scoping, designing, and delivering custom solutions and demos tailored to customer use cases, understanding technical concepts, and communicating them effectively to varied audiences.
Expertise in delivering virtual and live instructor-led workshops is essential, along with the ability to tailor content and delivery to diverse audiences. You'll excel at building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, possess strong program management skills, thrive in fast-paced environments, and be self-aware and feedback-driven. The role is hybrid based in Chicago and Austin hubs with approximately 25% domestic and international travel required.
