Salary: USD 90,000 - 126,000 / annual

As a Strategic Account Manager, you will manage a portfolio of strategic, high-priority merchant accounts, serving as a subject matter expert and relationship-builder. You will be responsible for fostering long-term relationships measured by increased financing volume and share of wallet. Key responsibilities include: managing merchant portfolios to drive growth; supporting business development and partnerships in closing and onboarding new deals; training merchants on best practices and Wisetack offerings; communicating merchant needs and feedback to product, marketing, and partnerships teams; and collaborating with support and customer operations to ensure consistent experiences and consolidate feedback. This quota-carrying role has aggressive but attainable goals tied to merchant activation and loan volume, directly driving revenue for the company. You will work cross-functionally, prioritize external relationships, and occasionally meet with merchants onsite. REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related field - 4+ years experience in a quota-carrying, customer-facing role (account management, sales, or customer success) - Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, Salesloft, Slack, Google Suite, and Confluence - Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to drive efficiency and scale account management workflow - Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills; ability to adapt style for different stakeholders (technical teams to executives) - Growth-oriented mindset; ability to thrive in dynamic environments and pivot quickly - Proven ability to drive growth and manage large, high-visibility accounts - Willingness to meet with merchants onsite where necessary BONUS: Experience with a startup, consumer financing, lending, fintech, or home services software.
