Lighthouse is a Series C-funded AI platform ($370M raised, $100M+ ARR) transforming commercial strategy for the hospitality industry. The company serves tens of thousands of hotels globally, including all top 15global chains, using AI-powered intelligence to drive revenue decisions. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will own a portfolio of high-value Tier 1 accounts (>$50K ARR) in a high-touch engagement model. You are the primary point of contact for strategic customers, responsible for building and stewarding executive relationships while owning commercial outcomes including renewals, expansion, and retention. Key responsibilities include: managing a portfolio of strategic accounts; developing and executing account plans that integrate technical and AI adoption roadmaps; conducting 2-4 business reviews annually using Lighthouse products, Salesforce, Looker, and Gainsight; building strong stakeholder relationships; delivering white-glove service backed by technical product fluency; owning the renewal process end-to-end by pulling usage metrics and ROI indicators; identifying and driving expansion opportunities; serving as the voice of the customer internally; and tracking account health and growth potential. You will use AI tools daily—Claude and Gemini to build decks, adoption plans, and renewal packages; Ernest (Lighthouse's Revenue Agent) to drive adoption and monitor engagement; and business intelligence tools to walk customers through data models and performance analysis. You'll drive AI product adoption across your portfolio, build per-account adoption roadmaps, deliver best-practices education, and collaborate with Product, Support, and Implementation teams on complex issues. Required qualifications: 6+ years in strategic account management, technical account management, or enterprise customer success in SaaS; proven experience building executive-level relationships and owning commercial outcomes (renewals, expansion, retention); and AI-first proficiency with daily use of Claude, Gemini, or similar tools. You must treat a large portfolio as a systems professional, maintaining fluency in integrations, PMS connections, and API configuration at a level sufficient to answer customer questions and triage issues.
