BitSight is a cyber risk management platform that helps enterprises manage cybersecurity exposure, performance, and risk across their own operations and third-party ecosystems. The company has over 3,500 customers and 600+ employees globally. In this Strategic Account Manager role, you will own and execute a strategic territory plan across the UK, South Africa, and Benelux regions, managing BitSight's largest enterprise accounts. You will serve as the primary strategic advisor to C-level executives and key stakeholders, positioning BitSight as an essential partner in enterprise cyber risk management. Key responsibilities include: - Owning retention, expansion, and upsell strategies for a portfolio of high-value enterprise accounts - Serving as strategic advisor to senior executives and stakeholders - Navigating complex, multi-stakeholder buying committees and procurement processes - Articulating business and technical value to both technical and executive audiences - Establishing and maintaining C-level relationships across assigned accounts - Forecasting deals monthly and quarterly with high precision - Identifying strategic, organizational, and financial goals of enterprise clients and aligning BitSight's value proposition - Developing and executing sophisticated account plans and multi-threaded sales campaigns - Leading cross-functional collaboration (Customer Success, Product, Legal, Finance) to drive complex deal structures - Proactively mitigating churn risk across high-value accounts - Maintaining accurate CRM records for all strategic accounts Requirements: - 3-4+ years of progressive experience as a Strategic Account Manager or equivalent enterprise-level account management role - Demonstrated experience managing complex enterprise accounts with multi-stakeholder relationships, long sales cycles, and large contract values - Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business discipline - SaaS experience required - Cyber security and cyber risk management experience highly valued - Fluency in English mandatory - Proven experience operating within the UK market required; South Africa and/or Benelux market experience highly valued - Strong track record managing and growing strategic, top-tier accounts within a portfolio - Advanced territory and contract management skills, including experience with complex, multi-year enterprise agreements - Exceptional time management and organizational skills - Advanced consultative and solution-selling skills with ability to influence at executive level - Demonstrated leadership skills in independent and cross-functional team environments - Strong executive presence and relationship-building orientation - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for C-level audiences - High energy level, integrity, self-motivation, positive attitude, and confidence operating at enterprise level
