Salary: USD 300,000 - 350,000 / annual

As a Strategic Account Executive, you will drive Zip's expansion into global enterprises with $7B+ in annual revenue. This is a consultative, hunter-focused sales role requiring deep expertise in enterprise procurement challenges and the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, engaging C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across procurement, finance, IT, legal, and operations
- Proactively developing pipeline through networking and outreach, supported by BDRs and marketing
- Acting as a strategic advisor, understanding enterprise procurement pain points and positioning Zip as a transformational solution for efficiency and cost control
- Solution-selling with vision: demonstrating immediate impact while aligning with customers' long-term digital transformation goals
- Helping shape Zip's sales strategy, process, and team culture as an early sales leader in a hyper-growth startup
- Leveraging Salesforce, Clari, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach to optimize outreach and pipeline management
Requirements:
- 8+ years of SaaS sales experience with a strong track record of closing complex enterprise deals
- Experience selling to procurement, finance, legal, IT, operations, supply chain, or manufacturing teams
- Proven success acquiring net-new logos in organizations with 10,000+ employees
- Skilled in managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, navigating procurement processes, and driving executive consensus
- Self-motivated and proactive with ownership mentality and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills to manage multiple opportunities effectively
