The Strategic Account Executive will own the full enterprise sales cycle, from prospecting through closing. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, understanding client challenges and business goals to position solutions effectively, establishing long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, leading complex negotiations, and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver tailored solutions. The role requires meeting and exceeding sales targets while staying informed about industry trends and competitor activity.
Required qualifications include native or C2-level Italian language proficiency, proven enterprise SaaS sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding quotas in B2B environments, demonstrated large ACV (Annual Contract Value) success, experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar), and ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
