Salary: USD 65,000 - 68,000 / annual

As Store Manager, you will lead a dynamic team of 25+ at a New York location, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and develop a team of 25+ employees, fostering a high-performance culture of responsibility and achievement - Deliver exceptional hospitality and service to clients and internal stakeholders - Recruit, onboard, train, and develop estheticians and support staff - Manage P&L, financial performance targets, and budget accountability - Oversee payroll submissions, inventory management, and loss prevention - Collaborate with leadership on Skin Therapist recruitment, training, and community events - Partner with Marketing on client acquisition and retention strategies, including local grassroots initiatives and business partnerships - Execute standard operating procedures with meticulous attention to detail - Support weekend, opening, and closing shift operations; flexibility to travel between locations Ideal Candidate: - Proven experience managing P&L and exceeding financial targets in health & wellness, retail, or hospitality - Track record of building and leading high-performance hourly teams - Deep understanding of client experience and hospitality principles - Background in beauty, spa, or related services (advantageous) - Knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and processes - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and computer systems - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Flexibility for overnight travel and multi-location support Heyday has performed over 1 million facials in the past decade and has been recognized by New York Magazine and Cosmopolitan.
