SoFi is seeking a Stock Plan Administrator to lead the evolution of its equity administration program. This role goes beyond data entry to focus on oversight, global scaling, and strategic compliance of employee equity programs.
Key responsibilities include:
• Full ownership of the Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP), managing enrollment, withdrawals, contribution reconciliations, and global expansion initiatives
• Primary reviewer and approver for day-to-day equity operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance of the Stock Plan Analyst's work
• Leadership of special projects including automation of manual workflows, system integrations, and process optimization
• Operationalization of employee mobility tax sourcing methodology in partnership with People, Payroll, and external vendors
• Design and delivery of educational campaigns to help employees understand the value of their long-term incentives and ESPP opportunities
Required qualifications:
• 3–5 years of public company equity administration experience
• Comprehensive knowledge of full-value awards (RSUs, PSUs) and ESPP lifecycles
• Deep proficiency with Fidelity NetBenefits (SPS) and advanced Excel modeling skills
• Bachelor's degree (CEP or ECA certification is a plus)
Desired qualifications:
• Critical thinking and process improvement mindset
• Bilingual English/Spanish capability
• Technical skills in Alteryx, Python, SQL, or similar automation tools
• Owner's mentality with strong accountability and accuracy focus
• Cross-functional collaboration experience across Payroll, Tax, Legal, and other departments
