Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 / annual

As a State Account Executive focused on law enforcement in the Northeast, you will drive strategic sales to state-level law enforcement customers. Your responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities; delivering senior-level presentations and product demonstrations; managing the complete sales cycle from initial contact through close; and serving as a trusted advisor who understands customers' existing and future technology roadmaps. You will collaborate closely with deployment strategy, marketing, legal, and operations teams, and play a peer-leadership role in establishing GTM best practices and setting the tone across the sales organization.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 12+ years of field sales experience in enterprise software/SaaS space
- Track record of success selling SaaS subscriptions into complex state-level accounts, with demonstrated quota overachievement and strong customer references
- Experience with data integration, analytics, and business intelligence in law enforcement/public safety (strongly preferred)
- Experience with federal and state grant opportunities for state law enforcement agencies
- State-level law enforcement career experience (highly preferred)
- Ability to negotiate and close legal agreements with customers and support onboarding
- Familiarity with solution-based selling and managing complex 0-to-1 sales processes
- Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills
- Executive-level verbal and written communication and relationship management skills
- Located in the Northeast (preferred)
