LiveKit is seeking a Startup Program Lead to own and scale LiveKit Startups, a program that provides early-stage teams building voice AI applications with credits, infrastructure, and support to reach product-market fit. The role is end-to-end ownership of a critical go-to-market initiative.
You will own all aspects of the program: defining the offer structure, identifying and managing partnerships with accelerators (YC, Founders Inc, Boost VC, HF0, South Park Commons, a16z) and voice/speech model providers, running operational workflows (application review, provisioning, partner reporting, monthly close cycles), and tracking program health metrics (team onboarding, time-to-working-agent, retention). You'll be the voice of founders inside LiveKit, sharing feedback with product, docs, and pricing teams.
The ideal candidate has 5+ years in startup programs, ecosystem partnerships, developer growth, or GTM at developer infrastructure companies. You've built programs from scratch (not inherited them)—writing criteria, terms, landing pages, and follow-up sequences. You're comfortable with commercial negotiations and partner agreements. You have technical credibility with developers (can discuss architecture without an engineer present) and operational rigor to manage a repeating monthly cycle without slips.
Bonus experience includes time at accelerators or VC platforms, shipped projects with voice AI or LLM agents, familiarity with usage-based pricing or credit systems, and an existing network in the early-stage AI ecosystem.
