OneTrust is hiring a Staff UX Designer to join their Bengaluru office and play a key role in improving the usability and digital experience of their AI-Ready Governance Platform. The role involves designing across the entire product lifecycle—from information architecture and interaction design through low and high-fidelity prototypes—while also serving as a mentor and guide to junior designers on the team. Your core responsibilities include creating comprehensive design deliverables for OneTrust product offerings; identifying, collecting, and analyzing UX metrics and user data to inform design decisions; defining and promoting UX best practices and templates across the organization; and serving as a UX advocate internally. You'll work collaboratively across teams, thrive in rapid iterative design cycles, and help shape the user experience for a platform trusted by thousands of organizations worldwide. You bring 7+ years of experience with the full product design process from research through rollout, with a strong portfolio demonstrating UX and UI capabilities. You're proficient in design tools (Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and have deep expertise in at least one UX discipline—research, information architecture, visual design, or interaction design. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, HCI, Industrial Design, or related field is required. Extra strengths that stand out: enterprise product design experience, web application design background, team leadership experience, familiarity with data privacy/security/third-party risk management domains, and Scrum certification. OneTrust embraces an office-first culture with an expectation of three days per week in office for most roles, though specific flexibility may apply depending on position scope. The company offers comprehensive benefits including healthcare, flexible PTO, equity RSUs, performance bonuses, retirement support, 14+ weeks paid parental leave, and career development opportunities.
