As a Staff Product Designer, you will own a functional design area end-to-end and set the direction for Conga's Phoenix design system. This is a strategic, high-impact role where you lead research initiatives that shape product evolution and influence how thousands of enterprise users navigate complex workflows daily.
The ideal candidate combines rigorous research instincts—both qualitative and quantitative—with strategic clarity to translate insights into action. You bring a clear point of view, engage deeply with business context, and excel at building alignment across Product, Engineering, and leadership. Your design decisions directly impact how enterprise teams manage critical workflows: contracts, pricing, and revenue operations.
You will set design patterns that establish standards across the platform, mentor other designers, and contribute to a cohesive design system that reduces confusion and builds user trust. This role requires someone who understands that thoughtful, well-considered design compounds over time—when experiences are clear, deals move forward and teams gain confidence in the tools.
